In December of 1999, I was fortunate to be invited to the island of Guam to celebrate the New Millenium. Guam is a small but beautiful tropical island that is full of gorgeous sights and an average temperature of 85 degrees all year long. My host for my trip was Mona Roberts. Mona is a former competitive bodybuilder (she represented Guam in the IFBB World Championships one year) and she is still in fabulous shape.
